In the spirit of results and client orientation, we introduced a new system this year – UKG – to optimise the onboarding process, among other improvements. With UKG, the days of sending piles of paperwork by post are over. Instead, the system offers a fast, digital, and intuitive experience for new colleagues.
The preboarding process, which covers the period from signing the contract to the first day of work, is essential for a positive start and quick integration into a company. Previously conducted on paper in the traditional way, this process has now been digitalised, offering multiple benefits.
From a results-oriented perspective, modern technology reduces the administrative workload for HR. We are also making a significant contribution to sustainability – over the past two months, we have successfully digitalised 34 entry processes for Liechtenstein, saving more than 1'000 sheets of paper.
The tool also adds significant value to the application process – we can now send contracts to candidates digitally in the shortest possible time, eliminating the wait for postal delivery. There's no need to fill out forms by hand, as all documents are now available digitally and are easy to complete. With every step of the process documented, transparency and traceability are ensured.
In future, we plan to digitalise even more HR processes with UKG, optimising cross-team collaboration and improving administrative workflows – we will keep you updated.
